White Balance for Panasonic DC-G100D

I've created a full set of white balance samples for the Panasonic DC-G100D. Each tuning (19 per profile) for presets sunny, cloudy, shade, incandescent lamp, Flash.

Unfortunately, like w/ other Panasonics, we should probably not merge this as is until the aliasing mechanism for white balance presets is implemented...
