Error: missing utxo

I had to send 0.1 AVAX to several wallets I manage for relatives in a row (everything was staked so I couldn't send those VPSX tokens).

First transfer is ok. Second transfer: "Error: missing utxo". I logout, login again, and now it works. The next transfer fails with the same message. Then I'm told I can work around it by refreshing the balance and, yay, that's the trick.

However the bug is real (if minor), and to me it looks like the former UTXO gets reused, but obviously it's not unspent anymore. Or something to that effect.

I hit this too. Might eliminate most problems if the wallet simply auto refreshed the balance whenever a user hits the "start over" button (or whatever the button is called after a successful send)?
