Version v6 in beta (tag betav6)

It's finally here :

• Frontend JS-framework : Vue3 latest
• Frontend CSS-framework : Bootstrat 5.3.x latest
• Font-Awesome 6 latest
• Backend Nodejs v20 (and probably v22 too)
• Possibility for theme changes (3 themes, light, dark & color) => map /app/dist/views/assets/css/themes.css

Upgrades from lower versions has 1 breaking change for the moment and that's the functions/custom.js (read the discussion about breaking changes for more info => v5.1.0 has the same breaking change)

For now I'll maintain both v5 & v6, but know that v5 will become deprecated pretty fast. As soon as v6 has been proven sold of course.
