Hi, I wrote a new ADR tool a few years ago, it's not had much love since then (I moved out of the role where it was due to be used), but it might be useful to include: https://github.com/DecisionRecords/rust-decision-records

Note there's also a re-write of the npryce/adr-tools here too: https://github.com/DecisionRecords/bash-decision-records and an abandoned Javascript tool in the same org.
