The "Keyboard Shortcuts" list should give a fuller description of the functionality invoked by `Ctrl-Shift-T`.

The Keyboard Shortcuts reference notes that Ctrl-Shift-T invokes Filter files, but it's not clear from this portion of the documentation that the Filter files feature simultaneously focuses the file manager's Filter… field and enables arrow-key navigation of the file manager.
