Integrate checks from WPORG Code Analysis

There is a repository currently scanning plugins and encountering errors due to this plugin:
https://github.com/wordpress/wporg-code-analysis

For several reasons—especially because PCP is actively maintained and includes more comprehensive checks—we should consider migrating to it. It would be beneficial to integrate those checks into our repository and replace the current plugin.

We should also evaluate the severity of the reported errors, paying particular attention to the likelihood of false positives.
