Description
What problem does this address?
The Stylebook is excellent, particularly the default sample content that can be shown using the eye icon and loaded within it. When it appears in the site editor experience, it allows people to see easily what their site is. However, it is not easy to discover how to configure even in overrides or reordering. You can do some of it at a minimal level, but not everything is as easy as it could be.

What is your proposed solution?
This issue is one that calls for better documentation on what can be done today, as well as consideration of extensibility. It might be better to split them out, but starting in one place makes sense. There are two parts:
- Document where you can easily edit - for example, what you can do within Examples.tsx. Show some use cases why this would be good, for example an agency or particular type of content site.
- Explore better extensibility that goes beyond simple reorder and insights into examples.tsx. For instance, adding custom blocks and text to this sample.
