[Bug] achievement popup when opening file through terminal

What's the issue you encountered?

every time I open a file with imhex.exe -o "path/to/file" the achievement popup for opening a file is displayed. This might be related to #1704, but the achievements don't get overwritten this time, so it seems to be a purely visual bug

How can the issue be reproduced?

open a file with imhex through terminal
