This covers the core functionality of the editor. - Import and export .osu, .sm, and .qua files. - Save and open .oc projects. - Allow multiple charts open at the same time (tabs?) - Basic notefield UI that allows for adding/deleting taps and holds. - Some form of dialog window for editing BPM changes.
