Migrate/publish website on other host

https://nodeclipse.github.io/ site is not available in China without VPN (like any *.github.io/ sites)

We need to find free hosting.

As we don't pay for `nodeclipse.org` domain anymore, this would mean once again URL changes.
Please comment with ideas, hosting options.
