unzip stopped working on Google colab

Colab images change periodically and at least when I try, it stopped working:

For my libraries I use a GitHub Action to test from time to time if the example notebooks are still working on Colab (but it requires a paid runner as the colab docker image is large).

So it also does not work locally. Probably the data file is corrupted for some reason.
