Allow choosing group when import from browser extension

The record is always imported to the current bib file/group.

Add an option to choose which file/group to import to.

Zotero can choose the group in the extension.

What version of JabRef is this?

Also, have you tried File > Import > Import into new library?

What is different:

• be able to choose the group during Import
• Involves the browser extension
