Automatic save/clean-up action for ProtectTermsFormatter

Currently, protecting terms requires right-clicking the field and opening a sub-menu. This has to be done for each entry individually, which takes a lot of time.

Ideally, the "Protect terms" action could be applied just as any other field formatters while saving or during clean up. This seems to have been possible at some point but not anymore. There are other users who would also like the feature. The lack may also be confusing for users since "Unprotect terms" is available.

The reason why it's not yet there is a technical/architectural issue. The protectedTermsFormatter needs access to the list of protected terms (Protected terms loader) which would require some more refactoring to correctly pass it down

• Add tooltip "Please create a user-defined list (Preferences > Protected Terms Files)" to the text "No list enabled". Current situation: "No list enabled" is shown with no further hints.
