Create/use graphql module

• Use apollo module https://github.com/nuxt-community/apollo-module once its released
• Run graphql generator in nuxt (including the watcher), this is Add type generation for gql tag nuxt-modules/apollo#438

Server: Reuse nuxt-graphql-server
